Kelly Dundas a neighbour of Rotary President John Allcock. Kelly was impacted by the fires. He wanted to make a donation to Rotary to recognise the efforts Rotary has made to support other fire-affected victims. His original idea was to donate a bird bath he made as a raffle prize for our Dindi Daze event. Unfortunately, he was unable to complete the bird bath in time for the event, so we were unable to display it and run the raffle.
He was able to sell the bird bath to Rotarians Chris and Ian Smith and donated the $500 to Alexandra Rotary.
Rotary thanks Kelly for his generosity, which helps fellow locals affected by the devastating fires and local businesses when our vouchers are redeemed.
