At the end of November Rotary Alexandra and the Shire are holding a PURPLE
WEEKEND to raise awareness of family violence and provide ways in which the
community can assist.
Thursday 27 th November there will be information available in Grant Street
from 9 am at Foodworks.
Friday 28 th November will see a community walk around Rotary Park starting at
11 am. Tee shirts will be available and dogs are welcome on leads. This will be
followed by a CFA BBQ.
Saturday 29 th November come and enjoy free sausages at Yenckens Hardware
from 9 am and chat to the volunteers.
