Refugees deserve help.
Last Wednesday at Rotary the Rev'd. Dr. Paul Dalzell (former Anglican Priest in Alexandra) was our Guest Speaker. He highlighted the plight of refugees by telling us the story of the Yaweari Family. Here pictured is Asef , Mahdiyar (son) Mariya (wife) and Sahariyar )other son). Paul went on to highlight the way that Asylum Seekers are denigrated as a of dealing with the insecurity facing so many people these days. He made a case for directing our anxiety not at asylum seekers but at those who are creating the insecurity.
