On Wednesday September 5th we invite “Pick My Project” applicants give a presentation of their bid. This will be at the Alexandra Golf Club at 7.35pm. This is open to the general public also.

If presenters or any members of the general public wish to join us for a two course meal at 6.50 before the presentation. The cost is $20 per head. For catering we must have accurate numbers for dinner at the latest by midday Monday September 3rd. The golf club ladies prepare the exact number we order and Rotary pays for this number.
